Lavender: my go-to for treating a range of minor ailments, if you only have one essential oil, have this one.
Lemon: like to keep mine with me to help relieve headaches. It is deeply relaxing yet contains stimulating properties that are wonderful for your wellbeing.
Peppermint: promoted for treating coughs and colds, reducing pain, improving mental function, and reducing stress - I am never without this wonder oil.
