Lavender essential oil is my go-to for treating a range of minor ailments. If you only have one essential oil, have this one.

Here is one of my favourite aromatherapy infused recipes:

Blisters and grazes: Into a bowl of warm water (300ml) I dilute 5 drops of lavender, with a clean cloth, I then clean the area. Once clean - apply one neat drop of lavender essential oil.

Lavender is also a natural antibiotic, antiseptic, anti-depressant, sedative and de-toxifer.
