The three hero notes within our Relax and Release sleep mist are Marjoram, Nutmeg and Lavender. Marjoram is a relative of Oregano, it has a wonderfully calming and sedative effect on the mind and body. I love the way the warm, woody aroma, blends with the tension releasing effects of Nutmeg, which layers beautifully with the deeply relaxing Lavender - all designed to aid sleep.
