Using a synergistic blend of four essential oils designed to help sharpen your mind and help to bring clarity to your thoughts and centre your body, I particularly like to use this when I am reading as it helps to clear unnecessary thoughts. In creating this blend I have used a few of my favourites: Basil oil: The complex oils used help to stimulate the body and mind whilst improving mental clarity. Bergamot oil: With its sweet citrus blend of a-Pinene and Limonene, the effect on our senses is wonderfully up-lifting. Lavender oil: Best known for its calming effect on the mind, Lavender helps to reduce nervousness and centre the body.
