In creating this blend I have used a few of my favourites: Nutmeg oil: The warming scent of this relaxing oil not only helps release any tension in the body, it also helps induce a deep sense of relaxation. Marjoram: This relative of Oregano may not be as well known, however it has a wonderful sedative effect. Its woody aroma envelops your senses and quiets your nerves. Lavender: I adore Lavender oil with its sweet floral aroma, it's such an excellent harmonising oil, known for its wondrous ability to calm the nervous system.
