We know that ordering things on the internet can be a little bit worrying. Especially if you have never ordered from that company before. Because of this, we offer free returns on all orders.
If you change your mind when your order arrives, just email hello@norfolknaturalliving.com and we will send you a returns label. Tape your box back up, pop your new label on it and send it back to us.
All we ask is that you let us know within two weeks of receiving your order and that you send the items back to us unused and in good condition.

I spray my bedding with Linen Mist after making my bed each morning. Not only does it keep the duvet fresh between washes, it also releases a wonderful smell into the room (lavender is my go-to scent).
Another nice use for this mist is curtains and blinds. They do not need to be sprayed heavily - just a light misting (hence the name) every few days is enough to release a wonderful aroma into the room every time the sun catches them.
We use completely recyclable materials in our packaging. That includes the bottles and jars that our products are housed in. Please take care to wash them out and re-use/recycle them after use.
