We know that ordering things on the internet can be a little bit worrying. Especially if you have never ordered from that company before. Because of this, we offer free returns on all orders.
If you change your mind when your order arrives, just email hello@norfolknaturalliving.com and we will send you a returns label. Tape your box back up, pop your new label on it and send it back to us.
All we ask is that you let us know within two weeks of receiving your order and that you send the items back to us unused and in good condition.

Spray a small amount onto a damp cloth or sponge, wipe the entire area and leave for at least 15 seconds. Wipe it off with a damp clean cloth.
For floors or surfaces where a sanitising action is not required, add 20ml of product to 5L of water and apply with a cloth or mop.
My bathroom is full of corners and edges that can be particularly difficult to clean. They seem to collect dirt and dust. I find that a Copper Cleaning Pad is particularly helpful for getting into them.
If you are hoping to clean the grout between your tiles, I would suggest using Scented Vinegar instead. For every other bathroom job, this is perfect.

We use completely recyclable materials in our packaging. That includes the bottles and jars that our products are housed in. Please take care to wash them out and re-use/recycle them after use.
