We know that ordering things on the internet can be a little bit worrying. Especially if you have never ordered from that company before. Because of this, we offer free returns on all orders.
If you change your mind when your order arrives, just email hello@norfolknaturalliving.com and we will send you a returns label. Tape your box back up, pop your new label on it and send it back to us.
All we ask is that you let us know within two weeks of receiving your order and that you send the items back to us unused and in good condition.

Cleaning the loo is nobody's favourite job. Our powerful, natural loo cleaner makes it as hands off as possible.
Pour a bit of loo cleaner into the bowl, swirling it around the edges as you do. Leave it for a few minutes (with the lid down) then flush.
Use the toilet brush at your discretion.
We use completely recyclable materials in our packaging. That includes the bottles and jars that our products are housed in. Please take care to wash them out and re-use/recycle them after use.
