Our Relax & Release Shower Mist is designed to add a touch of indulgence to your daily cleansing ritual. To use, simply mist 2-3 spritzes of yourRelax & Release shower mist into your shower area, turn on the water and allow the hot steam to infuse with the delicate aroma. Take a moment to embrace the melody of essential oils, inhale a few deep breaths, and relax as this wonder mist helps release any tension in the body.
I like to use the Relax & Release Pulse point oil to help me to wind down - particularly when I'm travelling - I use it on my temples, inner wrists and inner elbows. Just take three slow, deep breaths and allow the aroma to calm your mind. It is perfect after a little breath work as it helps to evoke an inner sense of peace.
Our Relax & Release infused hand cream is nourishingly protective and intensely moisturising. This pocket friendly cream will help soothe your hands, leaving them soft and supple with a utterly soothing fragrance.
