- Geranium essential oil is known for its ability to bring balance to your mind, Geranium oil can also help to bring a radiant glow when used in skincare.
Here are a few of my favourite aromatherapy infused recipes:
Recovering from an illness: Pop a few drops of Geranium into a diffuser - it's a wonder how it lifts both the spirit and mind.
Chapped lips: To 15ml of Aloe Vera add two drops of Chamomile and two drops of Geranium - apply to the lips.
Chill-blains : Usually it is the fingers, but for me it's always my toes, my mother her ears. I just pop one neat drop of Geranium oil directly onto the chill-blain for two days.
