Log in to your account and head to Manage Subscription. From there you can swap out a product or a scent for a different one! Click Save and you're good to go.
I'm going away on holiday, can I delay my next delivery?
Yes of course! Just log in (or create) your account and select "skip shipment" to skip your next delivery.
How many charges will be made before I can cancel my subscription?
To keep our costs down for our loyal subscribers you will automatically be billed for three purchases before you're able to cancel your subscription with us. Of course you're able to pause your subscription during this time too, should you need to.
How can I add more items in the future?
Log in to your account and add as many one-time or subscription products to your next delivery! If you need items sooner you can simply check out as usual.
