Monthly Subscriptions Ts & Cs

Many of our products can be ordered via a monthly subscription. We like to keep this as simple as possible and we are always here to answer your questions. You can email us (hello@norfolknaturalliving.com) at any time.

Please note that we have to have these rules in place (for boring legal reasons). But we are a family business and our main priority is making sure you are happy with your experience. If you reach out to us, we will do everything we can to support you.

Length of subscription

All of our subscriptions have a minimum length. Usually, this is three months. 

Cancelling your subscription

Once your subscription has exceeded its minimum length, you will be able to cancel it at any time. 

If you want to cancel your subscription within its minimum length time, you will be required to pay for the next order you were due to receive. This is because we offer a big discount to people ordering via our subscription offering. 

Re-order dates

Our subscriptions recur on a monthly basis. They recur on the day of the month you placed your initial order (for example if you order on the 10th, your order will recur on the 10th of each month).

If the current month is not long enough (for example, you ordered on the 31st but this month only has 30 days), your subscription will recur on the last day of the month.
