Rosemary essential oil is a staple in my collection - perfect for waking up the senses and soothing muscles. It is both a mental and physical stimulant.
Here are a few of my favourite aromatherapy infused recipes:
Common cold: Sometimes when your sinuses are stuffy, it is helpful to massage the following remedy on your chest, neck, nose, forehead and cheekbones - to one teaspoon of Vegetable oil add one drop of lemon, 2 drops of Eucalyptus and 3 drops of Rosemary.
Bad circulation: In one teaspoon (5ml) of Vegetable Oil, add one drop of Rosemary, one drop Hyssop and one drop of bergamot, now either add this to a warm bath or use it to massage your entire body and continue to do this 2 to 3 times a week.
