- Halitosis (bad breath caused by gum disease): Make a natural mouthwash by mixing 2 drops of Thyme and 2 drops of Tea Tree essential oil into one teaspoon of brandy, then dilute in a cup of warm water. Rinse morning and night for fresher breath.
