We take care of every order using trusted couriers to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. Each package is handled with care from the moment it leaves our hands to when it arrives at your door. We’re committed to making sure your experience with us is seamless and stress-free.

Orders over £50: Free (2-3 days)

Orders under £50: £5.95 (2-3 days)

Need it sooner? Next-day delivery: £7.95 (order before 12 PM)

• Non-Mainland UK

Highlands & Islands: £7 (2-3 days)
Northern Ireland: £7 (2-5 days)
Other UK Islands: £19 (2-5 days)

In the US? Although we don’t offer direct shipping to the US at the moment, you can find our products through a couple of our trusted stockists: Asher & Rye and Hampton Court.

A Little Heads Up: Since we use only the freshest ingredients, some products may occasionally be out of stock while we wait for fresh supplies, especially for our in-house fragrances. If you can't wait for your order to arrive, please get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best - whether that’s shipping what’s ready or suggesting an alternative if anything isn’t immediately available.

Tracking Your Order. As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. You can easily track your delivery on the DPD website or app.

Worried About Your Order? We totally get it - ordering online can be tricky, especially for the first time. That’s why we offer free returns on all orders. If you change your mind, just drop us an email at hello@norfolknaturalliving.com within two weeks, and we’ll sort out the rest. Pop your items back in their original condition, and we’ll handle the return.
