CORRESPONDENCE CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Introduction
    1. Launched on 18th August 2026, The Correspondence is our loyalty scheme, set up in order to reward our customers for being part of our community. We have created various ways (“Ways to earn”) for you to earn Stamps which can be used towards discounts on your next purchase from our website, plus exclusive benefits which can be acquired by qualifying for spend-based VIP tiers.

  2. Membership
    1. To collect Correspondence Club Stamps you must have an active account. You do this with your First name, Last Name and email address, which is personal data. We will only use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy - https://www.norfolknaturalliving.com/policies/privacy-policy.  Once you register for a NNL Account, we will automatically enrol you as a holder of a Correspondence Club Account and you can start collecting Correspondence Club stamps. You can view your Correspondence Club stamps Balance when you sign in on our Website and visit https://www.norfolknaturalliving.com/pages/loyalty. 
    2. If you cancel your NNL Account you will lose any stamps on your Correspondence Club Account. If you do not wish to be enrolled as a holder of a Correspondence Club Account, please contact us as hello@norfolknaturalliving.com and ask to be unenrolled. Once unenrolled you will lose all your Correspondence Club Stamps. You can ask us to enrol you later.

  3. Earning Points
    1. You can only collect Correspondence Club Stamps on your own Correspondence Club Account and you cannot share them or transfer them to anyone else or to any other Correspondence Club Account.

    2. Points are calculated based on completed “Ways to Earn” following the launch of the Correspondence Club (18/8/26).

    3. “Ways to earn” are things you can do to earn Correspondence Club Stamps. We may change “Ways to earn” in any way and at any time. This includes adding new “Ways to earn” or removing them or increasing the number of points you may receive or reducing the number of points that you may receive.

    4. You can only collect Correspondence Club Stamps when making a purchase from our Website if you are signed on to your NNL Account on our Website. You will not accrue points for your purchase if you check out as a guest or in any other way.

    5. When writing a review of our product via the review product facility on our Website (a “Review”) you can only collect Correspondence Club Stamps if you are signed on to your NNL Account on our Website. You will not accrue points for your purchase if you post a Review as a guest or in any other way.

    6. From time to time, we may run promotions in which you may be awarded extra Correspondence Club Stamps for certain Activities you carry out during a certain period. If you perform any of the Activities we identify in respect of the relevant promotion in the relevant period, then the number of points awarded to you in respect of the identified Activity/ies you perform will be double the number of points set out in the table above. Such Correspondence Club Stamps will be subject to all other terms and conditions in respect of points.

      One account per person. Note that points will be awarded following the first purchase made when signed into an account.

      Correspondence Club Stamps will be awarded following the completion of 3 separate orders. Points will be deducted if product is returned or order is cancelled; no points awarded in relation to purchase (whole or part) made with VIP Voucher(s) defined below.

      Celebrate your birthday

      You will need to supply your date of birth. Correspondence Club Stamps will be awarded on the date of your Birthday.

      Leave a Review

      You may send us up to 1 review per day which we expect to be genuinely held view(s) following a genuine purchase; Reviews must comply with these Terms and may or may not be displayed on our Website.

      20 Points per Review

      Follow us on Instagram

      One award per Instagram account; you will only be rewarded once for this Activity; Correspondence Club Stamps may be deducted if you unfollow us within 3 months.

      One award per Pinterest account; you will only be rewarded once for this Activity; Correspondence Club Stamps may be deducted if you unfollow us within 3 months.

      Refer a friend

      You must have permission to send us your friend’s contact email. Your friend must register for a Tricker’s Account and spend at least £100 on their first purchase in order for points/discount to be awarded. They must also not close their Tricker’s Account within 6 months of registering otherwise the relevant Points may be deducted. 

      500 Correspondence Club Stamps for you; and £25 off for your friend’s first purchase. 
  4. Redeeming Points
    1. Correspondence Club Stamps have no cash value. Points may be used only once they are exchanged for a unique code (“Correspondence Club Stamps Voucher”) to be applied during checkout on our Website. 
    2. You must accrue the required number of Correspondence Club Stamps before you can apply via our Website to exchange them for a Correspondence Club Stamps Voucher. Correspondence Club Stamps Vouchers have no cash value and may only be used as stated in these terms.
    3. Points may be exchanged for Correspondence Club Stamps Vouchers as set out in the table below. A maximum of 500 points (equivalent to a £25 voucher) may be redeemed against any single purchase. Points are not redeemable in any other way.

    4. Correspondence Club Stamps Vouchers are not transferable and can only be used by you when making a purchase of product from our Website if you are signed on to your Correspondence Club Account on our Website.  You cannot use Correspondence Club Stamps Vouchers and will not get points for your purchase if you check out as a guest or in any other way.  You will not get Correspondence Club Stamps based on the value of any purchase made using Correspondence Club Stamps Vouchers. If for any reason you need to return a purchase made with Correspondence Club Stamps Vouchers, your Correspondence Club Account will be credited with the number of Correspondence Club Stamps that you exchanged for the Correspondence Club Stamps Vouchers.
    5. Correspondence Club Stamps expire 1 year (365 days) after they were earned.
    6. Please note that the award of any and all Correspondence Club Stamps is entirely at our discretion and, without incurring any liability to you to the fullest extent permitted by law, we may at any time or in any instance choose:
      • not to award Correspondence Club Stamps;
      • to deduct Correspondence Club Stamps from any Correspondence Club Stamps Balance; and/or
      • to close any or all Correspondence Club Accounts.
  5. VIP Tiers
    1. As well as accruing points based on the “Ways to Earn” mentioned above, Correspondence Club members will also qualify for membership in various levels of VIP tier based on value of spend on our website following the launch of the Correspondence Club (17/8/2026). 
    2. Tier eligibility will be calculated 30 days following any purchases, and tier can be downgraded if product is returned or order is cancelled.
    3. Once a VIP Tier is acquired, customers will maintain at least that tier as long as their Correspondence Club Account is active, at the discretion of Norfolk Natural Living Ltd. 
  6. Changes to the Correspondence Club
    1. Norfolk Natural Living may, at its sole discretion, terminate, alter, limit, suspend or modify the Correspondence Club, and/or the Terms and Conditions at any time, in case of changes to applicable laws, changes in services provided by Norfolk Natural Living Limited or introducing new services. 
    2. Norfolk Natural Living Limited reserves the right to make changes to the Correspondence Club (including VIP Tiers) and its Terms and Conditions without providing you with prior notification. Please make sure to stay updated on the Terms and Conditions. You will always find the latest version of the Terms and Conditions on norfolknaturalliving.com.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    1. Norfolk Natural Living Limited will not be liable for any system failure or malfunction of the Correspondence Club or any consequences thereof. Norfolk Natural Living accepts no liability for any loss or damages arising from suspension, variation or termination or in any other way relating to the Loyalty Program, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
