CORRESPONDENCE CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction

The Correspondence Club is Norfolk Natural Living Limited’s loyalty scheme. It is our way of rewarding our customers for being part of our community.

As a member, you can collect Correspondence Club Stamps through purchases and other eligible activities. Stamps can be exchanged for Reward Vouchers to use on our Website.

The Correspondence Club has four membership levels: First Note, Postcard, Letter and Wax Seal. Members can progress through these membership levels and enjoy additional benefits as they progress.

The Correspondence Club launched on 18 August 2026. Purchases and activities completed before this date do not qualify for Correspondence Club rewards. Only qualifying purchases made from 18 August 2026 count towards membership progression.

These Terms explain how the Correspondence Club works. By participating in the Correspondence Club, you agree to these Terms.

Membership

To collect Stamps, you must have an active Norfolk Natural Living account.

When creating an account, you will be asked to provide your first name, last name and email address. This is personal data and will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://www.norfolknaturalliving.com/policies/privacy-policy.

When you register for a Norfolk Natural Living account, you will automatically be enrolled in the Correspondence Club.

You can view your Stamp balance, available rewards and membership level by signing in to your account and visiting https://www.norfolknaturalliving.com/pages/loyalty.

If you ask us to permanently close your Norfolk Natural Living account, your Correspondence Club membership will also end. Any unused Stamps, Reward Vouchers, membership level and membership history associated with that account will be lost. If you subsequently create a new account, you will start a new Correspondence Club membership.

We may retain information where we are required or permitted to do so by law or as otherwise explained in our Privacy Policy.

Earning Stamps

Stamps can only be collected through your own Correspondence Club account. Stamps cannot be sold, shared, transferred or combined with another member’s account.

The current Ways to Earn include:

Create a Correspondence Club account: 40 Stamps.

Make a qualifying purchase: 1 Stamp for every whole £1 of qualifying spend.

Follow Norfolk Natural Living on Instagram: 10 Stamps.

Celebrate your birthday: 20 Stamps.

Complete 5 qualifying purchases of £45 or more: 200 Stamps.

Follow Norfolk Natural Living on TikTok: 10 Stamps.

Subscribe to our newsletter: 10 Stamps.

Leave an eligible product review: 25 Stamps, subject to the daily limit below.

Refer a new customer: 200 Stamps for you and 100 Stamps for your friend, once the qualifying referral conditions below have been met.

We may also offer additional Ways to Earn and promotional opportunities from time to time.

Account Creation

You can earn 40 Stamps for creating a Correspondence Club account.

The account creation reward can only be earned once per person.

Qualifying Purchases

You will earn 1 Stamp for every whole £1 of qualifying spend when purchasing through our Website while signed in to the Norfolk Natural Living account associated with your Correspondence Club membership.

For ordinary product purchases, qualifying spend is the amount actually paid for eligible products after discounts have been applied. Shipping charges do not count towards qualifying spend.

Stamps are calculated on the qualifying product value inclusive of VAT.

Stamps will be awarded following order fulfilment.

You will not earn purchase Stamps if you check out as a guest or are not signed in to the account associated with your Correspondence Club membership.

Gift Cards

You will earn Stamps when purchasing a Norfolk Natural Living gift card.

The purchase of a gift card also counts towards membership level progression.

A gift card purchase of £45 or more can count as a qualifying purchase towards the 5 purchase reward.

You will not earn Stamps when subsequently using a gift card to pay for products. This prevents Stamps being earned both when the gift card is purchased and when the same value is subsequently spent.

Five Purchase Reward

You will earn 200 Stamps for every 5 qualifying purchases of £45 or more.

This is a repeatable reward. Once you have completed 5 qualifying purchases and received the 200 Stamps, your next group of 5 qualifying purchases can earn a further 200 Stamps.

For an ordinary product order to count, the amount actually paid for eligible products after discounts must be at least £45.

Shipping charges and the value of any Reward Voucher used towards an order do not count towards the £45 threshold.

A gift card purchase of £45 or more can count as a qualifying purchase.

The 200 Stamp reward will not ordinarily be removed because one of the relevant purchases is later returned. We may, however, remove or correct rewards in cases of fraud, misuse or abuse of the Correspondence Club.

Returns Cancellations and Stamp Deductions

If products are returned, the Stamps originally earned on the returned products will be deducted from your available Stamp balance.

This includes any additional Stamps earned through a bonus, double Stamp or triple Stamp promotion.

If an order is cancelled, any Stamps earned from that order will not be awarded or will be deducted if they have already been credited.

If you do not have enough Stamps remaining to make the full deduction, your Stamp balance will be reduced to zero. Your Stamp balance will not become negative.

Ordinary returns, cancellations and refunds do not reduce a membership level which has already been legitimately earned.

We may correct a membership level or Stamp balance where we reasonably determine that it was obtained through fraud, misuse or abuse of the Correspondence Club or as the result of a genuine technical or administrative error.

Birthday Treat

Members can receive 20 Stamps as a birthday treat.

To receive your birthday Stamps, you must provide your date of birth through the Correspondence Club.

Birthday Stamps will normally be credited automatically on your birthday.

If you add your date of birth and your next birthday falls within the following 30 days, your birthday Stamps may be subject to a processing delay of up to 30 days.

If your birthday had already passed before you added your date of birth, you will not receive Stamps retrospectively for that birthday. You will become eligible for the reward on your next birthday.

Once your date of birth has been entered, you cannot change it yourself. If you believe it has been entered incorrectly, please contact us and we may correct it manually where appropriate.

Your date of birth will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Social Media

You can earn 10 Stamps for following Norfolk Natural Living on Instagram and 10 Stamps for following Norfolk Natural Living on TikTok.

Each social media reward can only be earned once per member for the relevant social media account.

We may withhold or remove Stamps where we reasonably believe that a reward has been claimed fraudulently or through misuse of the Correspondence Club.

Newsletter Subscription

You can earn 10 Stamps for subscribing to the Norfolk Natural Living newsletter through the Correspondence Club.

The newsletter reward can only be earned once per member.

If you were already subscribed to our newsletter before creating your Correspondence Club account, the Stamps may not be applied automatically. You can contact us at hello@norfolknaturalliving.com and we can verify your subscription and manually apply the reward where appropriate.

Joining the Correspondence Club does not require you to subscribe to marketing communications.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without ending your Correspondence Club membership.

Reviews

You can earn 25 Stamps for leaving an eligible product review through the review facility on our Website.

Stamps are applied automatically when an eligible review is submitted.

A maximum of 25 Stamps can be earned from product reviews in any one day.

You must be signed in to the Norfolk Natural Living account associated with your Correspondence Club membership to receive the reward.

Reviews must reflect your genuinely held opinion and experience of the product.

We may withhold or remove Stamps where we reasonably believe that a review is fraudulent, duplicated, fabricated or otherwise does not represent a genuine customer experience.

Receiving Stamps does not guarantee that a review will be published. Reviews remain subject to our usual moderation requirements.

Refer a Friend

Correspondence Club members can give a new customer 100 Stamps and receive 200 Stamps for each successful referral.

Referrals are made using the unique referral code provided through your Correspondence Club account. You may share your referral code with friends, but it is personal to your account and must not be used fraudulently or in a way which abuses the referral scheme.

Your friend must be a new Norfolk Natural Living customer and must create a Norfolk Natural Living account.

A referral qualifies when your friend completes their qualifying first order with at least £30 of product value actually paid after discounts have been applied.

Shipping charges do not count towards the £30 qualifying amount.

Once the qualifying purchase has been completed, your friend will receive 100 Stamps and you will receive 200 Stamps.

An ordinary subsequent return of the qualifying purchase will not result in the referral Stamps being deducted from either account.

We may withhold, remove or correct referral Stamps where we reasonably believe that the referral facility has been used fraudulently or abused.

Promotional Stamp Days

From time to time, we may offer opportunities to earn additional Stamps, including bonus Stamp days, double Stamp days and triple Stamp days.

The applicable earning rate, qualifying activity, eligibility period and any additional conditions will be explained as part of the relevant promotion.

Where products which earned promotional Stamps are subsequently returned, the Stamps earned on those products will be deducted, including the applicable bonus, double or triple Stamps.

Promotional Stamps are otherwise subject to these Terms unless the terms of the particular promotion state otherwise.

Stamp Expiry

Each award of Stamps expires 365 days after the date on which those Stamps were earned.

Stamps earned at different times may therefore have different expiry dates.

Earning new Stamps does not extend or restart the expiry period of Stamps you have already earned.

Redeeming Stamps does not extend or restart the expiry period of your remaining Stamps.

When you redeem Stamps, your oldest available Stamps will be used first.

Expired Stamps cannot be redeemed and will be removed from your available Stamp balance.

Expired Stamps will not ordinarily be reinstated unless we determine that they expired because of an error on our part.

Where Stamps used to obtain a Reward Voucher are returned to your account following a qualifying refund or return, those restored Stamps will receive a new expiry period of 365 days from the date on which they are restored to your account.

The expiry or redemption of Stamps does not affect a membership level which you have already earned.

Using Your Stamps

20 Stamps are equivalent to £1 when exchanged for an eligible Reward Voucher.

Once you have collected enough Stamps, you can exchange them for a Reward Voucher through the Correspondence Club section of our Website.

The Reward Vouchers currently available are:

200 Stamps for £10 off.

400 Stamps for £20 off.

600 Stamps for £30 off.

800 Stamps for £40 off.

1,000 Stamps for £50 off.

1,200 Stamps for £60 off.

1,400 Stamps for £70 off.

1,600 Stamps for £80 off.

1,800 Stamps for £90 off.

2,000 Stamps for £100 off.

2,500 Stamps for £125 off.

3,000 Stamps for £150 off.

3,500 Stamps for £175 off.

4,000 Stamps for £200 off.

4,500 Stamps for £225 off.

5,000 Stamps for £250 off.

Available Reward Voucher denominations may change from time to time. The Reward Vouchers available to you will be displayed in your Correspondence Club account before you exchange your Stamps.

Reward Vouchers

Stamps and Reward Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Each Reward Voucher is issued as a unique code and can only be redeemed once.

Reward Vouchers do not expire.

A Reward Voucher is personal to the member who redeemed the Stamps for it. It cannot be sold, transferred, gifted or used through another customer’s account.

Once a Reward Voucher has been redeemed, the same code cannot be used again.

You can earn further Stamps and subsequently exchange those Stamps for another Reward Voucher of the same value. A new unique Reward Voucher code will be issued each time.

Eligible Reward Vouchers may be combined on an order and may also be combined with other eligible promotional discounts unless the specific terms of a promotion state otherwise.

You must be signed in to the Norfolk Natural Living account associated with the Reward Voucher when using it.

You will not earn Stamps on the portion of an order paid for using a Reward Voucher.

Returns Where a Reward Voucher Was Used

Where you make a partial return, we will prioritise refunding the amount originally paid using your monetary payment method before restoring value attributable to a Reward Voucher.

Stamps earned on the returned products will also be deducted from your available Stamp balance, including any additional Stamps earned through bonus, double Stamp or triple Stamp promotions.

Where an entire order is returned, you will receive the appropriate monetary refund for the amount originally paid using a monetary payment method and the Stamps exchanged for any Reward Voucher used towards that order will be returned to your Correspondence Club account.

Stamps restored to your account following a qualifying return or refund will receive a new expiry period of 365 days from the date on which they are restored.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory refund rights you may have.

A Different Kind of Membership

The Correspondence Club has four membership levels:

First Note: Getting to Know You.

Postcard: Pen Pals.

Letter: Best Friends.

Wax Seal: Family.

Membership progression is determined by your lifetime Qualifying Stamps earned from qualifying purchases made from the launch of the Correspondence Club on 18 August 2026.

For the purpose of membership progression, “Qualifying Stamps” means Stamps earned from qualifying purchases which count towards your lifetime membership progress.

Your lifetime Qualifying Stamps are recorded separately from your available redeemable Stamp balance.

Redeeming Stamps does not reduce your lifetime Qualifying Stamps.

The expiry of Stamps does not reduce your lifetime Qualifying Stamps.

Once you legitimately earn a membership level, you will retain that level for as long as your Correspondence Club account remains active.

Your membership level does not decrease because you redeem Stamps or because Stamps expire.

Your membership level does not ordinarily decrease because you subsequently return, cancel or receive a refund for a purchase.

You can continue to progress upwards through the Correspondence Club membership levels as your lifetime Qualifying Stamps increase.

Purchases made before 18 August 2026 do not generate Qualifying Stamps and do not count towards membership progression.

We may correct lifetime Qualifying Stamps or a membership level where we reasonably determine that they were obtained through fraud, misuse or abuse of the Correspondence Club or as the result of a genuine technical or administrative error.

If you ask us to permanently close your Norfolk Natural Living account, your Correspondence Club membership and membership level will end. If you subsequently create a new account, you will begin again as a new Correspondence Club member.

First Note

Getting to Know You.

First Note applies from 0 to 124 lifetime Qualifying Stamps.

First Note members can receive:

Early access to launches.

Member-only offers.

Digital correspondence.

Postcard

Pen Pals.

Postcard applies from 125 to 249 lifetime Qualifying Stamps.

Postcard members receive the benefits available to First Note members plus:

Invitations to selected in-store events.

Exclusive bonus Stamp days.

Selected postcards and invitations by post.

Letter

Best Friends.

Letter applies from 250 to 749 lifetime Qualifying Stamps.

Letter members receive the benefits available to Postcard members plus:

Exclusive double Stamp days.

Complimentary fragrance samples with selected orders.

Printed seasonal letters by post.

First access to selected ticketed events.

Wax Seal

Family.

Wax Seal applies from 750 lifetime Qualifying Stamps.

Wax Seal members receive the benefits available to Letter members plus:

Exclusive preorder windows.

Exclusive triple Stamp days.

Private perfumery previews.

Exclusive Wax Seal correspondence.

Free next working day delivery while this remains an available Wax Seal benefit, subject to the conditions below.

Wax Seal Next Working Day Delivery

While free next working day delivery is offered as a Wax Seal benefit, it is available to customers who have reached the Wax Seal membership level.

There is no minimum order value for this benefit.

The benefit applies to eligible deliveries to UK mainland addresses only.

Orders must be placed by 12pm on an eligible weekday to qualify for free next working day delivery.

The service operates on working days and excludes weekends and UK bank holidays.

Delivery remains subject to the availability of a next working day service for your delivery address, courier availability, delivery restrictions and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Membership Benefits

Once you legitimately earn a Correspondence Club membership level, your membership level itself is retained for as long as your Correspondence Club account remains active.

The individual benefits associated with a membership level are not guaranteed to remain unchanged indefinitely.

We may add, modify, replace or withdraw individual membership benefits where reasonably necessary because of changes to the services or products we provide, changes to third-party services or suppliers, significant and unforeseen increases in the cost of providing a benefit which make its continued provision commercially unreasonable, technical changes, legal or regulatory requirements or changes reasonably required to operate the Correspondence Club.

Where reasonably practicable, we will give members reasonable advance notice of a material reduction or withdrawal of a membership benefit.

Changing an individual membership benefit will not remove a membership level which you have already legitimately earned.

Membership benefits are personal to the member and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Invitations, previews, samples, events, correspondence, promotional Stamp days, preorder opportunities and similar benefits may be subject to availability, capacity, location, timing and additional conditions communicated with the relevant benefit.

Changes to the Correspondence Club

We may make reasonable changes to the Correspondence Club and these Terms where necessary to reflect changes to our products or services, technology, third-party services, significant and unforeseen increases in relevant costs, applicable law, regulatory requirements or the operation of the Correspondence Club.

We will not use this right simply to remove Stamps or rewards which a member has legitimately earned without a reasonable basis.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide reasonable advance notice of a material change which is likely to adversely affect members.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Ending the Correspondence Club

We may end the Correspondence Club where there is a reasonable commercial, operational, legal or regulatory reason to do so.

Where reasonably practicable, we will give members advance notice before the Correspondence Club ends and provide a reasonable opportunity to use available Stamps and Reward Vouchers.

Any specific arrangements and applicable dates will be communicated to members as part of that notice.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

Fraud Misuse and Abuse

We may withhold, cancel or correct Stamps, Reward Vouchers, rewards, lifetime Qualifying Stamps or membership levels where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse, abuse, manipulation of the Correspondence Club or a breach of these Terms.

We may also suspend or close a Correspondence Club membership where reasonably necessary in response to serious or repeated misuse.

Where reasonably practicable, we will act proportionately and may contact you where we require further information before taking action.

Limitation of Liability

We will take reasonable care in operating the Correspondence Club but cannot guarantee that it will always be available or completely free from technical errors.

We will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by reasonable periods of maintenance or temporary interruption to the Correspondence Club.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Privacy

Personal data provided in connection with the Correspondence Club will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Joining the Correspondence Club does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws applicable where you live.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
