Refund policy

Returning Your Item:
We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return it, you have 365 days from when it arrives. Just make sure it’s unused, in its original condition and packaging.

How to Return:
Please include your receipt or proof of purchase. Check out our "Returns Information" below for all the details.

Returns Information:
Please email us at hello@norfolknaturalliving.com and we will send you a simple online form to drop your item at any of the DPD collection points nearest to you for free.  Please return in the original packaging and shipping box to protect the item.  If it does arrive to us damaged we won't be able to accept it - so please do try and wrap it carefully.

Returning Gifts:
If your item was a gift, we’ll send you a gift credit. If the gift wasn’t sent directly to you, we’ll refund the original purchaser instead.

Refund Process:
We’ll notify you as soon as we’ve received and checked your return. If everything’s in order, we’ll process your refund or credit whichever you prefer to your original payment method within 14 days. (We wish we could do it sooner - this is to do with the Bank payments - if you opt for a Credit it will be instant). Any discounts you have used will be factored in and don’t forget to return any complimentary gifts too!

Your Rights:
This policy doesn’t affect your legal rights, like the right to cancel your order within 14 days. If you have any questions about your rights, your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office can help.

Refund Delays:
If your refund hasn’t arrived yet, it might just be processing. Check with your bank or card company first. If it’s still not there, drop us an email at hello@norfolknaturalliving.com or (01553) 775 758 and we’ll sort it out.
