Pot Brush faulty

"Hi there I was delighted with the look of my wooden pot and dish brushes when they arrived - and they appear to wash the dishes very well. However, the pot brush has already cracked along the side of the wood after a few uses. I don't leave it to soak in water and I lift it out of the sink to sit on the side when not in use to dry so I'm disappointed with its performance. Perhaps this one had a crack in it to start with and is therefore susceptible to cracking and is faulty? Please replace or reimburse."
