Lavender Essential Oil is my go-to for treating a range of minor ailments. If you only have one essential oil, make it this one.
Here are a few of my favorite aromatherapy-infused recipes:
- Blisters and Grazes: Add 5 drops of lavender essential oil to a bowl of warm water (300 ml). Use a clean cloth to cleanse the affected area, then apply one undiluted drop of lavender essential oil directly to it.
- Diffusing Lavender: Fill your diffuser with purified water, add 3 drops of lavender essential oil, and let it fill the room with its relaxing aroma. Perfect before bedtime or even while you sleep.
- Deep Sleep Lavender Bath: When feeling stressed, add 3-6 drops of lavender essential oil to a warm bath. For added luxury, include 1-2 cups of Bath Salts and a tablespoon of jojoba oil.
