A bright flicker of bergamot and lemon catches first, clear and sunlit, like stepping outside and realising the day has quietly improved. Petitgrain follows, green and tender, like buds pressing bravely against their casings, the faint scent of leaves just beginning to unfurl.
Then the blossoms gather. Orange blossom glows, honeyed and buoyant. Jasmine warms softly on the skin, intimate and reassuring. Magnolia adds creamy, luminous petals, while violet leaf keeps everything fresh and newly awake, as though the garden has only just exhaled.
As it settles, cedarwood and sandalwood draw a pale, steady frame around the brightness. Patchouli hums beneath, dry and grounding, and ambrette lingers close, a gentle musky warmth that feels like sunlight resting on bare arms.
