"Apologies for the tardy response, felt I should use up the other stuff before starting my clothing wash with a fresh coastal scent. I use it with a 20 ml syringe straight into the drum to deliver the right amount of liquid wash and not waste a drop ! "I have used this few times on white and dark clothes and have to say I’m quite impressed and shocked how good the detergent is. I only add tablespoon of liquid and the clothes come out clean and soft. Works really well, somehow without any additional whiteners, on very muddy white clothes! Q&A

Has the formulation changed? I’ve had this on subscription for a while now, and the latest bottle is considerably thinner that the previous bottle, and the scent is not as strong so doesn’t last off the line - as it once did.

Hi does your laundry liquid come in a plastic or glass bottle. Your shop only had glass but they are too heavy and slippery for my arthritic hands. I use your refill pack at the moment, but would like a pretty bottle to match your bleach bottle. Also I do not have your caps to measure so could you please tell me the quantity in mls that’s needed for the different washes. Many thanks
