When creating this blend, I chose essential oils that naturally encourage stillness and clarity. Marjoram brings a warm, grounding quality that helps the body feel settled and balanced. Chamomile softens the blend with its gentle, soothing nature, while clary sage adds a subtle clarity that helps steady the mind and deepen concentration. Together they create a blend that feels peaceful, centred and quietly restorative.
