It’s super absorbent and really helps to soften my hands. When I get a flare up it’s really helpful when skin gets dry and cracked. It’s also amazing on dry /cracked heels. It’s way better than any of the creams that are designed to fix cracked heels - this stuff is a power house in the moisture stakes."
