Our Deepest Sleep Shower Mist is designed to add a touch of indulgence to your daily cleansing ritual. To use, before bed simply mist 2-3 spritzes of your Deepest Sleep shower mist into your shower area, turn on the water and allow the hot steam to infuse with the delicate aroma.Take a moment to embrace the melody of essential oils, inhale a few deep breaths, to calm your mind and body.

I like to use the Deepest Sleep Pulse point oil to help me to sleep - particularly when I'm travelling - I use it on my temples, inner wrists and inner elbows. Just take three slow, deep breaths and allow the aroma to calm your mind. It is perfect to keep on your bedside if you wake in the night - just roll a little on your temples.

Our Deepest Sleep infused hand cream is protective and intensely moisturising. This pocket friendly cream will help soothe your hands, leaving them soft and supple with a blissfully calming fragrance.

I created this trio because I know what it's like to lie awake with a mind that won't switch off. A shower mist to signal the day is done, a pulse point oil to reach for in the middle of the night, a hand cream to end the day gently. Three small rituals, all working towards the same thing: a proper night's sleep.
