Summer is glorious, but between the sheets, the warm still air can make the quest for sleep feel eternal. I have collated a few helpful tricks that help me to drift off in the summer - firstly - change your duvet to a lower tog - or just use a sheet. Next try to ritualise your bedtime routine - wash the day away, infusing the water with a soporific Bath Foam or Shower Mist. If you can repeat this every evening around the same time - it helps to regulate your circadian rhythm. Pick up a book or do something to help switch your mind off. Spritz a Pillow Mist or roll on a little Pulse Oil before you go to sleep and inhale deeply.
