I have such a soft spot for Columbia Road it’s ridiculous. I’ve been wandering up and down that flower market since I was little, holding my mum’s hand and eyeing up armfuls of blooms we absolutely didn’t need.
Now we have a perfumery on this very street and I still have to pinch myself. If you’re visiting soon, do pop in and make sure you visit some of my favourites below too. It’s a very special little corner of London.

Lily VanilliOne of London’s most celebrated bakeries, offering inventive cakes, pastries, and sweet treats that are as beautiful as they are delicious. A Sunday morning stop here is practically a Columbia Road ritual.
Cake Hole Café @ Vintage HeavenHidden inside a vintage shop, this charming café serves up generous slices of homemade cake, teas, and coffees with a backdrop of retro china and nostalgic treasures. It’s a step back in time in the best way.
